The journey began in September 2024, when I discovered my love for baking sourdough. A friend of mine was already crafting incredible baked goods for her husband with celiac disease, so I decided to give it a try for my own gluten-intolerant husband. To my delight, he was able to enjoy everything I baked — a testament to the quality and care put into each creation. My secret ingredient? Premium 00 flour from Italy, which has been a game-changer for my recipes.

As my skills grew, I began sharing my loaves and baked items with friends and family. But there was one thing that bothered me: after spending two days perfecting each loaf, I couldn’t bear to package them in plain brown bags. Inspired by my friend Andrea’s philosophy that everything is better in beautiful packaging, I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s how our custom baking bags came to life. These thoughtfully designed bags are made for the sourdough community, combining functionality with charm to elevate your baking experience. Whether you’re sharing your creations with loved ones or selling at a market, our bags will ensure your baked goods look as amazing as they taste. 

When I’m not baking or working on this store, I work part-time for my husband’s financial advisory practice. I also cherish every moment with my family, whether we’re doing puzzles, escaping from an escape room, playing card games, watching football, or vacationing together. I love entertaining and hosting friends for any occasion — sharing good food and laughter is one of life’s greatest joys.
